How to Add a New Collaborator

This article aims to guide you through the process of adding a new collaborator to the OnProfit platform. We will explain step-by-step how to access the correct section in the control panel, enter the necessary information, and configure permissions and roles for the new collaborator.
If you have not yet created a collaborator profile, click the available link in the dashboard management area to set one up before proceeding.

Step 1: Accessing the Collaborators Section

• In the main OnProfit dashboard, go to the left sidebar menu.
• Scroll down until you find the Collaborators (Colaboradores) tab and click on it.
• Select the option My Collaborators (Meus Colaboradores).

You will now be redirected to the page where you can add a new team member.

Step 2: Entering Collaborator Information

Fill in the required operational details on the screen:

• Enter the collaborator's email: In the designated field, type the email address of the collaborator you wish to invite to the platform.
• Select the collaborator's role: Choose the role your collaborator will hold. This defines their access levels and permissions based on what they need to manage.
• Select products: Pick the specific products this collaborator is allowed to view or manage. This ensures granular control over your operational data and content.

Step 3: Sending the Invitation

After filling out and reviewing all the information, click Send (Enviar).
This action triggers an automatic invitation email to the collaborator, allowing them to accept access and complete their account setup on OnProfit.
