How to configure sales notifications by email?
How to configure sales notifications by email on OnProfit
OnProfit allows you to receive automatic email notifications whenever important movements occur, such as a completed or canceled sale. This feature is ideal for tracking your transactions in real time.
Step-by-step to enable or disable notifications:
- In the left sidebar menu of the platform, click on Settings (Configurações).
- Next, access the My Account (Minha Conta) tab.
- Scroll down the page until you find the option Enable Sales Notification by Email (Ativar Notificação de Vendas por E-mail).
- Select whether you want to enable or disable the feature.
What does this feature do?
- Enabled: You will receive email notifications about transactional events, such as:
- Approved sale (Venda realizada)
- Canceled sale (Venda cancelada)
- Other important updates
- Disabled: No transactional emails will be sent. Recommended if you prefer to centralize notifications directly within the platform.
This configuration can be changed at any time, according to your tracking preference.
