How to request a refund for a purchase made through OnProfit?



If you purchased a digital product through OnProfit and are not satisfied, you may request a refund directly from the seller within 7 days of purchase. This follows the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90), which applies to sellers operating in Brazil.


However, refund policies may vary depending on the seller's location. We recommend checking whether the applicable consumer laws in the seller’s country or region also provide for a refund right, and if those laws apply to your case.


OnProfit is an online platform that connects digital product sellers to their customers. We do not sell products directly or issue refunds.


To request a refund, find the seller’s contact information in your purchase confirmation email or on the product page. Contact the seller with your full name, the email used for the purchase, and your order number (if available). Please note: the seller is fully responsible for reviewing and processing refund requests.
