How to access your purchased product?

This article explains how access to products purchased through our platform works.

After completing your purchase, you won’t access the product directly through OnProfit. That’s because sellers usually integrate their products with an external members area. Instead of accessing the product via OnProfit, you’ll be redirected to the platform chosen by the seller to deliver their content.

How does access work?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to access your product. This email will include:

Access Link – A direct link to the product’s members area

Here’s how to access your product:

Click the access link sent to your email after your purchase is confirmed.

You’ll be redirected to the members area selected by the seller – platforms like Cademi, Kajabi, Astron Members, and others.

If it’s your first time accessing the product, you may be asked to create a password or verify your email to activate your account.

Tips to ensure smooth access

Check your email – Look in your inbox for the access email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Save your credentials – Keep your login details somewhere safe so you can easily access your product whenever you need.

Need help? – If you have trouble accessing the members area, reach out to the seller’s support or the platform used. Their contact info is usually included in the access email or login page.

Didn’t receive the access email?

If you haven’t received the email within 24 hours of confirming your purchase, try the following:

Double-check your email address – Make sure the email you entered during checkout was correct.
