How to configure notifications?

Notifications are an essential tool to keep in touch with your customers, reminding them of offers and important deadlines or generating urgency triggers. In this article, we will explain how to easily configure notifications for a product on the OnProfit platform.

How to configure notifications?

• In the OnProfit main menu, go to the Products (Produtos) section, click on My Products (Meus Produtos), and select the product.
• Find the desired product in the list and click on Edit (Editar) to access customization settings, then click on Enable Notifications (Ativar Notificações).
• On the product editing screen, locate the Notifications option. Select the offer for which the notifications will be activated.

Customize the notifications

You will be able to configure notifications for different time intervals. The fields available for customization are:

• Notification for the 1-day interval
• Notification for the 7-day interval
• Notification for the 15-day interval
• Notification for the 30-day interval

To edit each notification, simply replace the data inside the fields indicated by {{ }}. These fields are intuitive and easy to adjust according to your needs.

Finalize the configuration

After adjusting all notifications, click on Enable (Ativar) to ensure that the changes are applied correctly.
