How to create and configure offers?


In this article, we will teach you how to create and configure your offers within OnProfit quickly and efficiently. Creating an offer is essential to define how your product will be commercialized, including details such as price, payment methods, and access conditions.


Attention: To create an offer, you must already have a product created, integrated with your chosen Members Area, and have also configured your payment gateway integration.


Accessing the Menu

  • In the left sidebar menu of OnProfit, select the Products (Produtos) tab.




  • Next, click on My Products (Meus Produtos). Choose the product for which you want to create or manage an offer and click on Edit (Editar).




  • Now, select the Offers (Ofertas) option.


Filling in the Fields

  • Offer Name: The name that will be displayed to the customer.
  • Price: Define the value of the offer.
  • Default Offer?: Check this if this will be the main offer for the product.


Reminder: Make sure you have already integrated your account with a payment platform. If you need help, access the OnProfit Integrations guides.


  • Payment Methods: Choose the available payment options.
  • Maximum Credit Card Installments: Define the installment limit.
  • Maximum Interest-Free Credit Card Installments: Specify how many interest-free installments will be offered.
  • Interest Rate: Set the interest rate applied to installment plans.
  • Maximum Pix Installments: If you offer installment plans via Pix, define the limit here.
  • Smart Installments: Enable this option to optimize installment options.






Product & Delivery Settings


Important: The product needs to be associated with an OnProfit partner Members Area to provide correct access to students.


  • Members Area: Select the integrated members area for this product.
  • Course Access Duration: Define how long the customer will have access to the content.
  • Thank You Page: Enter the URL where the customer will be redirected after purchase.
  • Release Offer to Affiliates: Check this if you want to allow promotion by affiliates.
  • Collect Customer Address Post-Checkout: Enable this if you need the address after the purchase is completed.
  • Collect Customer Address at Checkout: Enable this if you need the address during the checkout process.
  • Active Offer: Enable or disable the offer.


After filling in all fields, click on Add Offer (Adicionar Oferta). Done!
To edit a created offer, simply click on the edit icon that appears above it. From there, you can manage the offer settings quickly and practically.
