How to delete a product?

If you need to remove a product from your showcase or end an offer, the process on OnProfit is simple. However, there are some important rules to ensure that your metrics and sales history are not affected.


Step-by-step for deletion:


  • Access the Products Menu: In the left sidebar menu of OnProfit, click on Products (Produtos).
  • Locate the Product: Find the product you want to remove in the list. In the right corner of the product row, click on the Trash icon (Delete) or the three dots options icon.
  • Confirm the Action: A confirmation message will appear on the screen. Click on Confirm to complete the removal.





Important rules:


  • Completed Sales: For security and data integrity reasons, financial history and customer access are preserved for products that already have approved sales or active subscriptions linked to them.
  • Deleting Offers: If you wish to remove only a specific price point, access the Offers (Ofertas) tab within the product and follow the same deletion process.
